The Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS® incorporated April 10, 1981, and serves Craig, Delaware, Northeast Mayes and Ottawa Counties.

We serve approximately 25 primary member offices and another 48 offices that have individual members that have chosen to join as secondary members, totaling over 280 REALTOR® members and approximately 34 Affiliate Members (appraisers).

Our REALTORS®  work in an area with diverse issues which require specialization in GRDA property lines, U.S. Army Corp of Engineer flowage easements, water level issues, dock requirements & licensing, etc.

Grand Lake of the Cherokees is approximately 66 miles long, weaving its way through much of the area, with 1,300 miles of shoreline, the most in the state of Oklahoma.  The Pensacola Dam at the south end of the lake is the world's longest multiple arch dam, spanning almost one mile.
