The Northeast Oklahoma Board of REALTORS® incorporated April 10th,1981 and serves Craig, Delaware, Northeast Mayes and Ottawa Counties.


We serve approximately 30 primary member offices and another 25 offices that have individual members that have chosen to join as secondary members, totaling over 200 REALTOR® members and approximately 30 Affiliate Members (appraisers).


Our REALTORS®  work in an area with diverse issues which require specialization in GRDA property lines, U.S. Army Corp of Engineer flowage easements, water level issues, dock requirements & licensing, etc.


Grand Lake of the Cherokees is approximately 66 miles long, weaving its way through much of the area, with 1,300 miles of shoreline, the most in the state of Oklahoma.  The Pensacola Dam at the south end of the lake is the world's longest multiple arch dam, spanning almost one mile.
